TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Hours of business: Where possible, Sessions can be booked at a time convenient to the client. However, it may not be possible to book on Sundays.

Location: Sessions can be carried out at the Hypnotherapy Clinic, at the Client’s home address if the location can be peaceful and uninterrupted, at an alternative location if the Client has mobility issues, or via Doxy.me, a professional confidential internet platform.

Fees: Generally Fees are £75.00 per session of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and psychosexual dysfunction disorders and £75.00 per session of BWRT®. All sessions are chargeable unless by agreement of D. Clover.

Cancellations: Cancellations should be notified 48 hours in advance.

Confidentiality:  All Client’s details are completely confidential, and kept within the practice of Debra Clover. Information specific to a client will only be shared with other professionals with the express written consent of the Client.

In the event of a GP or other medical practitioner’s agreement required to proceed with therapy, the client will be requested to sign a ‘permission slip’ allowing the therapist to contact their GP or other medical practitioner on their behalf.

Clients are requested to arrive promptly for their appointment but not before as this may cause embarrassment to any earlier client.

GDPR.  Client information is kept securely for 7 years as per our insurance requirements. No personal/identifying or confidential information is shared to a third party.  Clients are able to access any information kept on file either in the clinic or by post where copies will be supplied.  A basic charge of £5.00 will be made to cover administration costs.
