The chemical addiction is easy to cope with. Most smokers go all night without a cigarette. The withdrawal pangs do not even wake them up, let alone feeling the need to steal, mug people or ‘deal’ in the drug to ‘finance’ their habit.

Places we don’t smoke – Theatres, Trains and Planes with no ill effects. We refrain from smoking in the homes or in the presence of non-smokers.

Because the first cigarette tastes so awful we believe we will never become hooked and because we are not enjoying them we think we can stop whenever we want.

Smokers will even try to continue to smoke through colds, flu, sore throats, bronchitis, emphysema and COPD.

The main delusion of smokers is that it helps to relieve stress.

The Magic Wand

Enabling any smoker – including you – to stop:

  • Immediately
  • Permanently
  • Without the use of willpower
  • Without suffering withdrawal symptoms
  • Without putting on weight
  • Without using shock tactics
  • Without relying on Nicotine Replacement Therapy

Further suppose that:

  • No initial period of feeling deprived or miserable
  • Immediately enjoy social occasions more
  • Feeling more confident and better equipped to handle stress
  • Better able to concentrate
  • Not spending the rest of your life having to resist the occasional temptation to light a cigarette or cigar.
  • You not only find it easy to stop smoking tobacco but actually enjoy the process from the moment you extinguish that last cigarette.

Sorry – there is no Magic Wand but with BWRT and Hypnotherapy this could all apply to you.
